As part of the services Evolution provides on behalf of NHS Greenwich, our Mobile Healthcare Unit brings healthcare into the community. The Mobile Healthcare Unit offers the public a facility to walk in and see a GP or Nurse without being registered and will also be used for health promotion and preventative health checks. The unit has a weekly timetable in both Charlton and Thamesmead and includes ASDA and Sainsburys in Charlton. This offers customers the convenience of visiting the supermarket and the GP surgery in the same trip.

You will be able to see an experienced GP or nurse who will aim to see and treat you the same day and provide prescriptions and other healthcare as necessary. You are welcome to register but you don’t need to be registered with us to use this service. If you are registered with another GP practice, we will ensure that they receive information about the care we have given you so that your medical records can be updated.
