This is a GP Health Centre and Walk in-Service.
Thamesmead NHS Health Centre provides GP services to both registered and unregistered patients. The centre is open every day 8am – 8pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
We offer appointments which can be booked up to 6 weeks in advance and also appointments that will be made available at the beginning of each day. There are also slots set aside each day for urgent problems.
Thamesmead NHS Health Centre also provides walk-in access to both registered and unregistered patients between the hours of 8am and 8pm every day of the year. As a walk-in patient, you will be able to see an experienced GP or nurse who will aim to treat you the same day and provide healthcare and prescriptions as necessary. If you are registered with another practice, we will ensure that they receive information about the care you are given so that your medical records can be updated. When you arrive at reception, you will be asked to complete a short walk-in form.
If you do not have a GP, you are welcome to register with us.
