Thamesmead NHS Health Centre also provides Walk-in access to both registered and unregistered patients between the hours of 8am and 8pm every day of the year. As a Walk-in patient, you will be able to see an experienced GP
or nurse who will aim to treat you the same day and provide healthcare and prescriptions as necessary. If you
are registered with another practice, we will ensure that they receive information about the care you are given so
that your medical records can be updated. When you arrive at reception, you will be asked to complete a short Walk-in form for unregistered patients – see the link below.
If you do not have a GP, you are welcome to register with us.
